– Manufacturing defects in joints, welds, and base constructions.

Upholstery, Fabrics & Surface Finishes (1 Year)

– Defects in stitching and fabric integrity unrelated to normal wear and tear.

– Peeling, cracking, or discolouration of treated surfaces due to manufacturing defects.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

– General wear and tear, including softening of cushions and changes in fabric texture over time.

– Scratches, dents or chips which are not reported within 48hours of delivery.

– Natural variations in materials such as wood grain, colour differences, or slight shifts due to environmental factors.

– Damage caused by improper use, accidents, spills, or exposure to extreme conditions.

– Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made outside of ROOBBA’s recommended services.

– Commercial or outdoor use, unless specifically stated in the product details.

– Dye transfer onto light-coloured fabrics from clothing, such as jeans, which is a natural occurrence and not considered a manufacturing defect.
